Our memories are mysterious and profound. We avoid them because we think we should move on. Kind attention makes our memories talk. Shine a light on them and you will see them moving their lips. Like kids, memories talk even when we tell them to be silent. Hushed memories are capable of wreaking a havoc in our lives.

Art is given to us so that we can practice our memories and forget successfully. Memory is always accessible. Some imagination is needed to move on.

It is not important what to forget/integrate as long as there is an ever growing attunement to the process by which one forgets.

In order to make something a focus of our exploration we first need to create the vacuum needed for any rigorous research.

Every person dreams of learning to remember and forget in his/her own unique way. It is a true tragedy of our time that people are not even aware of their potential capabilities.

Thinking logically means to remember where/when one knows things from.

Ideology is when someone tells you some types of memory are more important than the others.
